Although we didn't buy Long Term Care insurance from Fred, his "free" advice was very much appreciated. We had already received a quote on long term care insurance that was offered - at a discount - through our employer. Rather than taking the time to walk us through his sales presentation, Fred listed the benefits of our employer's program even pointing out the excellent price. Even knowing that there was no chance for a sale, Fred was kind enough to spend a significant amount of time with us answering several questions to help us better understand the need for LTC insurance.
